Aquarius Condominium 2751 South Ocean Drive Hollywood, FL

North Tower on the right and South tower on the left, 18 stories high.  

This project was concrete restoration, stucco, replace swimming pool, pavers, and painting.

Most All Stucco Repairs Were at the Bottom Corners of the Windows Due to No Reinforcing Steel or CMU Grout Filled Cells Around Opening Perimiters

Horizontal Stucco Repair Necessary Without CMU seated on a Recessed Slab Edge. 

Poor Construction of Expansion Joints.  Plywood in Joint with Wire Lath Metal Bead for Stucco Application.  All Expansion Joints had to be Rebuilt.

Joints Cleaned and Backer Rod Inserted for use of Sealant.

All Expansion Joints Rebuilt for Proper Stucco Application.  Styrofoam Board Used to Create Joint.
