We provide ground up new construction, interior build outs, and restoration of residential and commercial buildings. We work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations. Scott Parmley
Scott is a Licensed Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida. He is the qualifier and President of Alpha Construction General Contractors. Scott began his construction career in 1981 with Western waterproofing of America as he learned concrete restoration and the waterproofing trades. After his first ten years of working on high rises in Tampa, Orlando, and Miami as a superintendent and project manager, he obtained a Masters Degree of Science in Construction Management, a degree in Business Management, and a degree in Office Systems Technology. Over the course of the next ten years, he began working as a Project Manager with Engineering firms and General Contractors in public aviation construction and private commercial construction projects. In the past ten years, Scott has enjoyed working with home owners, realtors, and investors in Residential and Commercial Construction.
In all, Scott has over 40 years of hands-on, supervisory, management, and contracting experience. He has established working relationships with architects, engineers, tradesmen, and materialmen within the South Florida area.
Scott believes that a well-executed due diligence effort to owners and owner representatives is a key determinant in having a successful business partnership.
Sonia Caridad Schneider
Sonia is our Project Manager and book keeper. She is a second generation business woman, following in her fathers footsteps, and has been in business for over 20 years. She brings extensive business development practices, operational excellence, and project management discipline to the organization. Sonia's leadership, outstanding personality, and business acumen has led her to create and oversee business relationships with various project stakeholders including Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors throughout Southeast Florida. Sonia was born and raised in Miami Lakes Florida and graduated from Nova Southeast University with a Master Degree and Summa Cum Laude Honors. She is bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish.
